English Roots is a structured English program designed for children aged 8+ who are ready to move beyond basic phrases and start building real communication skills. The course helps students expand their vocabulary, understand key grammar structures, and use English to talk about their daily life, experiences, interests, and ideas.
Students practice speaking through discussions, storytelling, interactive activities, and project-based learning. The program focuses on real communication, critical thinking, and practical language use, helping children naturally develop confidence in English.
The Little Voices program is designed using modern international teaching approaches used in leading language schools
The course combines elements from several educational frameworks:
🔶 CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) → Children learn English through real-life topics connected to their world
🔶 Vygotsky learning principles → Lessons are structured to support gradual language development through guided interaction
🔶 Oxford practice-through-interaction approach → Students learn language through speaking, pair work, and active participation
🔶 TPR (Total Physical Response) → Movement, gestures, and physical activities help children understand and remember new words
This combination helps children learn English naturally, actively, and confidently
🔶 Cambridge communicative methodology → Focus on real communication and meaningful language use
By the end of the program, students can describe their experiences, talk about their opinions, ask and answer questions,
and participate in meaningful conversations in English.
In this course, students don’t just learn English
— THEY DEVELOP STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
AND LEARN TO EXPRESS THEIR IDEAS WITH CONFIDENCE

What will we learn
in English Roots 8+?
After completing each course, regular speaking practice becomes especially important for maintaining and developing language skills.
For this reason, students are invited to join our English Club, where the main focus is on conversational practice in a relaxed and supportive environment with children of the same age.
Each English Club group is also organized by age so that students can communicate comfortably with peers and participate in activities appropriate for their stage of development.
After gaining enough speaking practice and reaching the appropriate age, students can move on to the next, more advanced course, where they will begin working with more complex grammar structures and language topics designed for their level and age group.
It is important to note that the levels A1, A2, B1, and B2 used in our program are internal school levels designed to help place students in the most suitable groups based on their speaking ability, confidence, and learning progress

and do not directly correspond to the internationally standardized CEFR levels
Students who join the English Club during or after
