This simple guide helps us both stay organized and respectful of each other’s time.

By setting clear expectations, we avoid confusion and make sure every lesson runs smoothly.

As a teacher and psychologist, I know how important consistency and clear structure are — especially for children. A predictable routine helps young learners feel safe, stay motivated, and absorb new material more effectively. When kids know what to expect, they can focus better, build confidence, and truly enjoy the process.

This policy isn’t about being strict — it’s about creating a reliable and supportive space for growth. It also helps me prepare high-quality lessons tailored to your child’s progress.

If anything unexpected happens or you have questions — I’m always here to support and find a solution together!

Why do we have a Lesson Policy?
Lesson Policy

If you're late, the lesson still goes ahead and is counted as completed.

This is because I’ve reserved that time especially for you and I’m there waiting and ready to teach.

Of course, I’ll still welcome you when you join — we’ll just continue with the time that remains.

Life happens — I understand!
Running Late?

You’re always welcome to move a lesson — just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

That way, I can plan accordingly and offer that time to another student if needed.

When you reschedule on time, your payment is saved and simply moved to the new date.

You can reschedule up to 3 times, which helps us stay consistent and motivated.

Need to Reschedule?

I don’t offer refunds, since your spot is reserved just for you and often can't be given to someone else at short notice.

However, if something unexpected happens

— an emergency, illness, or anything serious — I’m always happy to talk and find a solution together.
